Fosfat acetiltransferaza (EC 2.3.1.8, fosfotransacetilaza, fosfoacilaza, PTA) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom acetil-KoA:fosfat acetiltransferaza.[1][2][3] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- acetil-KoA + fosfat KoA + acetil fosfat
Ovaj enzim takođe deluje na druge kratkolančane acil-KoA.
